The promotional price includes cleaning and all mandatory booking charges. Full payment is required at the time of booking through AvaiBook’s secure payment system. This special last-minute rate is non-refundable. A refundable €500 security deposit is payable at check-in and returned after the final inspection, subject to the booking conditions.
