The air-conditioned interiors open onto a spacious garden, a covered patio, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a panoramic private pool: different spaces connected by the pleasure of living both indoors and outdoors.
Within easy driving distance of Cefalù and the beaches of Sicily’s northern coast, the villa offers a secluded and comfortable setting where guests can combine days by the sea, time by the pool, outdoor dining and the discovery of the surrounding area.

OUTDOOR LIVING
THE COVERED PATIO AND OUTDOOR KITCHEN AT THE HEART OF THE DAY
The covered patio is one of the central spaces at Tenute Lomasi: a sheltered area open to the garden, designed for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the most enjoyable moments of the day. The large dining table provides a welcoming setting for shared meals outdoors, with all the comfort and privacy of an independent home.
Beside the patio, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a wood-fired oven, barbecue, sink and worktop. Guests can prepare dishes with local ingredients, enjoy dinner after a day at the beach or simply spend a relaxed evening beneath the Sicilian sky.
The natural connection between the house, patio and garden makes it easy to enjoy the outdoor spaces throughout the day without giving up the comfort of the villa’s interiors.
POOL, GARDEN & VIEWS
A SECLUDED CORNER BETWEEN MEDITERRANEAN GREENERY AND THE SEA
The private pool is set in a quiet and secluded part of the garden, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and open views towards the coast. Its position creates a peaceful and private setting dedicated to relaxation, slightly separated from the everyday life of the house.
The panoramic sun terrace, furnished with sun loungers, parasols and seating areas, is ideal for spending long hours between sunshine, water and silence. From morning until sunset, the changing light reveals new colours across the sea, hills and landscape of Sicily’s northern coast.
The Mediterranean garden, olive trees and outdoor areas offer additional spaces for reading, resting, playing or simply spending time together. A private outdoor shower adds comfort after a swim or a day at the beach.
Pool towels are provided for all guests.

The Mediterranean garden offers children space to play while adults relax nearby. The outdoor play area and garden games add to the freedom of staying in a private villa, allowing families to spend time together and enjoy unhurried days without always having to leave the property.
INTERIORS & COMFORT
A WELCOMING AND INDEPENDENT HOME FOR UP TO FIVE GUESTS
The interiors of Tenute Lomasi are designed to provide comfort, independence and well-organised spaces, with a natural connection to the garden and outdoor living areas. The bright living area includes a dining space, a sofa bed, an armchair and a Smart TV, creating a welcoming place to relax during the warmest hours of the day or after exploring the surrounding area. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
The indoor kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Guests will also find a moka pot for traditional Italian coffee, a kettle, toaster and tableware. Together with the outdoor kitchen, it offers the freedom to choose where to prepare and enjoy meals.
The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and two separate single bedrooms. The villa is ideal for four guests and can accommodate up to five people using the sofa bed in the living room. A travel cot for one child under 2 years old and a high chair are available on request; guests are kindly asked to reserve them before arrival so that everything can be prepared for their stay. A modern bathroom with a bidet, hairdryer and spacious walk-in shower completes the indoor accommodation.
The villa is air-conditioned for added comfort during the warmer months. A washing machine located in a dedicated compartment beside the outdoor kitchen and private parking make the property practical and comfortable, including for longer stays.
BEDROOMS & INDOOR SPACES
DOUBLE BEDROOM
The double bedroom features a 160 × 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, a large window and a glazed door leading directly to the garden. The room overlooks the greenery surrounding the villa, with the sea visible in the distance. It is a bright and private space, naturally connected with the outdoor areas.
SINGLE BEDROOM WITH PINE FOREST VIEWS
This separate bedroom features a 90 × 200 cm single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Its large window looks towards the mountain and pine forest, creating a quiet and restful setting.
SINGLE BEDROOM WITH GARDEN VIEWS
The second single bedroom features a 90 × 190 cm single bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Its large window overlooks the garden, with the sea visible in the distance.
LIVING ROOM & SOFA BED
The living room includes a dining area, an armchair, a Smart TV and a sofa bed measuring 140 × 190 cm when open. The sofa bed provides the additional sleeping place for the fifth guest, while the villa’s ideal arrangement remains four guests accommodated in the three separate bedrooms. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
FULLY EQUIPPED INDOOR KITCHEN
The indoor kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Guests will also find a moka pot for traditional Italian coffee, a kettle, toaster, cookware, tableware and kitchen utensils, providing everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently.
BATHROOM & LAUNDRY FACILITIES
The bathroom features a bidet, hairdryer and a spacious walk-in shower. Guests are provided with towels, bathrobes and a courtesy kit including shampoo and shower gel, soap and a shower cap.
A washing machine is available to guests in a dedicated compartment beside the outdoor kitchen.
